Our experienced Wedding Co-ordinators are available every step of the way in the lead up to your special day. They will ensure that your wedding runs perfectly with advice, planning, preparation and assistance to make your wedding day complete. Full show-rounds of all facilities including banquet rooms and bedrooms are available. Assistance and advice can be given with regards to such details as flowers, balloons, photos/videos, gifts and speeches.
On your special day, a member of our management team is assigned to specifically look after your wedding and help you through the whole day to ensure that everything meets with your expectations.
Included in each formal wedding reception are a red carpet arrival, a glass of sparkling wine on arrival for the bride and groom, complimentary room hire for the main reception room, personalized menus for each table, personalized table plan and place cards, to name but a few.
There are also special accommodation rates available for wedding guests. We do have suites available in the hotel and the Bride and Groom may choose to upgrade to one of these suites.
The bride and groom can enjoy a full English breakfast the morning after their wedding and this can be taken in the company of their guests who stayed overnight or this can be served to the bedroom. Of our 5 suites, the recently refurbished Derwent 1 is a spectacular and memorable room for the Bride and Groom to stay in. Beautifully decorated and furnished, this suite offers a luxury bathroom with free standing pedestal bath, his and hers basins, a separate luxury shower and under floor heating. The bedroom also offers panoramic views and extremely spacious accommodation.
For family and friends who wish to stay, all our standard rooms are elegantly decorated and fully en-suite and all rooms have one or two double beds. Special rates are available for guests staying on the wedding night and further discounted packages are available for guests who wish to extend their stay to two or more nights.

Situated on the ground floor and with external access, the Grand Hall can cater for events up to 300 guests.
