About Us
The Glenfield Hotel is set in its own grounds and is surrounded by the rolling hills of Ullapool. Set slightly above the town, the Glenfield enjoys five acres of grounds offering guests peace and tranquillity and is the ideal base for a holiday in this magical area.
The Glenfield is a custom built hotel that has a relaxed feel with a light and spacious open plan reception, restaurant and lounge bar. With 60 well appointed en-suite bedrooms, the hotel becomes an ideal home from home from which to explore the magical Scottish highlands.

Before
From the moment you step into the Glenfield every detail of your big day will be co-ordinated by professional and experienced staff. Your special day will be managed by our in house co-ordinator who has over 10 years experience in making your big day, a day to remember for all the right reasons.
We can organise any aspect of your big day, be it transportation or flowers and we are always on hand to assist with those finer details.
Our Head Chef will personally attend to every detail of your wedding breakfast menu, which can be tailored to your specific tastes and budget. Wherever possible we always use local and seasonal produce.
On the day
We hold a civil license for the Loch Broom Restaurant which will then be transformed into your dining room for a splendid Wedding Breakfast.
After
The bride and groom will be able to enjoy a bedroom with stunning views of the hotel gardens. The next morning breakfast can be served in your room to enjoy at your leisure if you wish.
On the anniversary of the big day we offer a chance to return to Glenfield as our guests, for one night’s complimentary dinner, bed and breakfast for the happy couple to celebrate that all important first year.
Family and friends attending your big day will receive preferential accommodation overnight rates for the big day.
Transportation can be arranged to whisk you off to Inverness airport for jetting off to your delightful honeymoon location.

We can advise you on the best room layout and arrange appropriate equipment hire, and will work with you to ensure your event is a complete success.
The Wester-ross room benefits from natural daylight and overlooks the hotels gardens with a back drop of the surrounding hills of Ullapool. Our day delegate package includes three servings of tea and coffee, table refreshments, pens, pads, a flipchart and a buffet lunch.
We can organize the hire of LCD projectors, screens and any other equipment you may require via an experienced AV equipment provider, subject to availability. We are happy to tailor a package to suit your requirements and can provide for all dietary requirements and budgets.
