The Scole inn Hotel, built in 1655 as a coaching inn, has retained many of its original features, including the oak carved staircase. Located on the Norfolk Suffolk border just out side the beautiful market town of Diss, the Scole inn hotel poses an ideal stay for both the business and leisure traveler.

Thanks to its character and charm the Scole poses as the perfect venue to hold your wedding. We are dedicated to providing a friendly and professional service.

Our wedding planner has years of experience and will be on hand to help you with all your preparations. Permit us to take the stress out of your day so that you will relax and be left to utterly enjoy yourself. Our chefs are to hand to help with your menu requirements whether it be a traditional wedding breakfast or perhaps something that little bit different. If your family and wedding guests wish to stay at the Scole, we would be delighted to forward to them preferential wedding rates.

On the day

Our wedding planner will be on hand during the day to ensure your well thought out plans become wonderful memories. The Scole Inn is licensed to host civil ceremonies on the premises. We will work together with the Registrar to ensure you have the apparently effortless day. After a wonderful night, dance into the night wishing your day would never end.

After

In the morning, you will both enjoy an intimate breakfast in our Bridal Suite; an elegantly designed bedroom with four poster bed and its very own Jacobean fireplace. If you are jetting off on your honeymoon we would be happy to arrange transfers to the Airport for you.
