The Conservatory Restaurant, boasting a magnificent view across the harbour, offers a wide ranging a la carte menu and the dining room serves a table d’hôte menu in an elegant setting. The highest quality locally sourced produce features on both menus. An excellent selection of wines are on offer to accompany any meal as well as an extensive range of fine single malts.

The Western Isles Hotel is situated only five minutes walk away from the centre of the picturesque village of Tobermory. The famous colourful houses which line the harbour inspired the BBC Balamory series.
Other attractions in Tobermory include the distillery which manufactures the world famous Tobermory single malt and a local museum with its exhibits detailing the fascinating history of the island.
A number of other islands can be reached from Mull. Ulva (ancestral home of the MacQuarries), Staffa (Fingals Cave), and the wild and beautiful Treshnish Isles with their famous puffin Colonies are among those which visitors can enjoy. A number of operators depart from various points on the island.
Perhaps the most famous of all the islands lying off Mull is Iona. This peaceful island with its abbey founded by St Columba is considered to be the cradle of Scottish Christianity and is popular with those making religious pilgrimages as well as those simply seeking a peaceful setting for quiet reflection. The port of Fionnphort is situated approx one and a half hours drive south of Tobermory.
