New Head Chef at the Cornwallis

Gareth Jones has joined the Cornwallis Hotel as the new head chef. The hotel was awarded a
prestigious AA Rosette last year and Gareth will be tantalising the taste buds of hotel guests with an exciting new menu.
Old Brewery House re-opens Leisure Club

The Old Brewery House in Reepham celebrated the re-opening of its Leisure Club with a health and fitness open day. BAFTA award winning film and television actress and internet health entrepreneur, Margi Clarke, will be on hand to help launch the new facilities.

Skeabost Country House on The Isle of Skye has reopened its doors to reveal the results of a £100,000 refurbishmentprogramme.

Eight bedrooms in the luxurious country house overlooking Loch Snizort have been redesigned to ensure that everyguest can enjoy the splendour of this grand residence. Several rooms have also benefited from additional enhancementswith the inclusion of stunning sleigh beds and full bathroom upgrades.

The hotel’s chef is now working on an exciting new menu which will change daily to match the seasonal freshseafood available. With the guarantee of no two meals being the same, the hotel will provide a focal point for bothlocal and visitor celebrations.
Elements Brings A Touch Of Luxury To Your Stay

Stonefield Castle Unveiled A ‘Must See' For 2008

The finishing touches are now complete on the £650,000 refurbishment of Stonefield Castle, creating a trulystunning hotel that has to be top of anyone’s ‘must visit’ list this year.

It's All Change At The Regent Hotel

Further investment boost for Gleddoch House Hotel

The Gleddoch House Hotel & Golf Club at Langbank near Glasgow has enjoyed a further investment of £150,000 inthe hotel’s 70 bedrooms. The work, by leading interior designers Thompson MacLeod, follows an initial £100,000refurbishment programme last year which included the restaurant and bar facilities.
