Fine dining is available in our fine wood paneled dining room. The restaurant combines the finest of locally sourced seasonal ingredients and is complemented by our extensive wine list. For an informal meal choose the Conservatory Bistro which serves a variety of fresh local fare. To end your evening, move over to the cocktail bar and choose from the plenty of Scottish malt whiskies on offer.

In the area

Skeabost Country House owns the fishing rights to the first 8 miles of the River Snizort, a typical Highland spate river. The river challenges every angler and its Gillie is on hand to guide you. The Hotel is also surrounded by a demanding 9-hole golf course.

While at Skeabost, you will want to consider a visit to Dunvegan Castle, a fortress stronghold in an idyllic loch-side setting is surrounded by dramatic scenery. For whisky enthusiasts, the Talisker Distillery is the only distillery on the Misty Isle where you can see distillers at work, creating the Talisker single malt. For the more adventurous, Whiteware Skye’s outdoor centre offers Kayaking, Canoeing, Climbing, Walking, Archery and Windsurfing.

The hotel has a choice of banqueting rooms, so that guests can tailor the mood for the occasion. The hotel is licensed to host civil ceremonies and civil partnerships in the Conservatory or, weather permitting; you can be married outside on the lawn beside the Loch.

After

Our Course

Skeabost Country House holds a challenging 9 hole, 18 tee golf course. With cliff top views and the stunning river Snizort ambling though, our golf course presents all that is great about golf. You will have the opportunity to take in the breathtaking views and intake the pure clear air, the ideal retreat from the bustle of daily life.
